1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday only).

  • All items are shipped from our Asia-based distribution center.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.


2. Global Shipping Coverage

We proudly offer worldwide shipping — including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and other international destinations.


3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping is always 100% FREE, no matter your location or order value.

Priority Processing (Optional):
For an additional $5 USD, you can choose to move your order to the front of the fulfillment queue. This speeds up our internal handling time, getting your order out the door faster.

Note: Priority Processing affects order handling only. Shipping speed depends on the destination and local carriers.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping option:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or high demand periods.


5. Shipping Carriers

We work with a network of trusted local delivery partners in each country to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. The carrier used will depend on your location.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Mirart is not liable for any delays or fees caused by customs processes.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contact@bymirart.com. We’ll do our best to assist you and open an investigation with the shipping provider if needed.


9. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may offer reshipment (shipping fees may apply).
