Refund policy

At Mirart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

🧾 Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total. This does not include any optional shipping protection you may have purchased.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at:

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and clear instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


4. Promotions and Discounts

Orders placed under our Buy One, Get One (BOGO) or Buy Two, Get Two (B2G2) promotions are subject to special refund conditions:

  • If you return part of a promotional order, your refund will be calculated based on the total amount paid divided equally among all items in the order.

This ensures fair usage of promotional offers and prevents abuse of discounts.


5. Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows the order was delivered, but you didn’t receive it:

  • We do not offer refunds for such cases unless shipping protection was purchased.

  • If shipping protection was included, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you.

  • Otherwise, we recommend contacting your local delivery service directly.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@bymirart.com if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll work quickly to evaluate and resolve the issue.


7. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an invalid address:

  • You may choose to pay a $10 USD restocking fee, or

  • If you purchased shipping protection, we can resend the item at no extra cost.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or worn sunglasses

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating a return.


9. Exchanges

Want to exchange an item?

  • Please contact our support team first.

  • A $15 USD exchange fee applies per item exchanged (includes processing and reshipping costs).


10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements as above.


11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
