1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:

We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, or bank transfers at this time.
2. Currency and Pricing

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

If you are shopping from another country, your bank may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rates. Please check with your provider.
3. Order Confirmation & Receipt

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

A digital receipt will be sent to your email. We do not issue formal invoices or printed receipts in the package.
4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at contact@bymirart.com.

After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing or transit. In that case, you must wait for the item to arrive and then request a return under our Refund Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders (within 24h) will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Promotions – Buy One, Get One Free
We currently offer a Buy One, Get One Free promotion:

When you purchase any pair of sunglasses, you automatically receive a second pair of equal or lesser value for free.

In case of returns, the value of your refund will be calculated proportionally across both items (see full refund policy for details).
6. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you purchased is out of stock:

We will notify you before shipping and offer one of the following options:

We will not substitute any items without your approval.
7. Price Accuracy & Errors
While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product details, pricing, or availability may occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing.
8. Taxes and Duties

9. Multiple Items in One Order
We aim to ship all items in a single package. In some cases (depending on availability or warehouse logistics), your order may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost to you.
